SG10 Vacuum Immersed Dry-type Distribution Transformer


 

>> Service condition
● for indoor and outdoor use, with air self-cooling system. (Shell with protection grade of IP2X-IP4X is optional.)
● Temperature during running should be -40℃- +40℃. Please inform when order if the ambient temperature exceeds the span of required.
● Please inform beforehand if the product will be used at a high altitude place or over 1000m.
● The requirement on humidity on spot is not strict. But user had better a running sit of product with a humidity downwards of 95%.
● Anti-shaking grade: 8th

● Voltage grade: 24kV, 10kV (10.5kV, 11kV), 6kV (6.6kV, 6.3kV), 3kV(3.15kV);
● Tap range: ±2*2.5%; ±5%;
● Capacity: downwards of 5000kVA;
● Vector Connection: D, yn11 or Y, yn0;
 (recommended adoption of D, yn11)
 Order of phases: c, b, o, a (facing the L.V. part)
● Insulation Level: 10kV degree, L175 AC35, AC3; 6kV degree, L160 AC20, AC3;

● SG type transformer’s shell with protection degree of IP20 and IP23 should be provided if customer requires.
● The meaning of shell protection degree IP20 is avoiding entering of solid stuff with diameter of upwards of 12mm. To guarantee the circulation of cooling air , the bottom board and top of the shell is made of meshy board.
● The meaning of shell protection degree IP23 is avoiding leakage of water within 60o to vertical direction except the function of IP20.

● Vacuum immersed, moisture proof, suitable for wet and hot places with serious chemical pollution;
● Low burning ability, for example, in 1600 kVA transformer combustibles are only 43kg, 1.1% of total product weight, as burning-proof, innocuous and self-dead, new-type materials;
● Dirty-greasy and water-greasy characteristic of materials and heating convection brings self-cleaning effort. Product can be used in severely polluted places like cement factory, mine and chemical plant;

>> Core structure
The core steel structure of environmental energy-saving vacuum immersed dry-type transformer is 3-phase and 3-column, adopting imported high-quality cold roll steel sheet, to effectively reduce the magnetic flexing caused by concordant wave, to reduce no-load current, to reduce noise. H-class 3-protection paint is painted on the outer side of the steel core, to ensure the stainless product in life span.
 
>> Insulation of the core
Adopted C-class (220℃) insulated board, the product is not damp-adsorbent and stretchy to effectively reduce noise. Lower pad is H-class silicon rubber pad,
 
>> Steel core
The steel core is made of high quality cold roll steel board (but not slot steel), through rolling, jointing, sand-spraying treatment and electrostatic painting. And it is good-looking, steady and reliable.
 
>> L.V. windings
Adopting high-quality no-oxide strengthened conductor, the LV windings is strengthened windings. (Patent held by Haocheng) Comparing with the foil-type windings, the windings of this structure has much more priorities.
 
Firstly, there is an airway in inside the winding to ease heat-releasing.
Secondly, insulated end is easy to be pressed and assembled, to ensure higher mechanical intensity.
Thirdly, shortage of end-insulation in foil windings is prevented. The decrease of insulation level caused by humidity and dust is effectively reduced.
Fourthly, by adopting multiple strengthened conductors, insulated separation between conductors decreases whirlpool loss.
 
>> H.V. windings
Round-structure winding, additional insulation covers are used on both upper and lower layers of the windings. Super low voltage between circles and successive insulation make the product with low discharge. (<5PC) Air channels between layers of windings ensure the best cooling to windings. Windings covered with Nomex paper are adopted.
 
>> Insulated pipe
Insulated pipe of high strength is adopted between H.V. and L.V. ends. Mechanical strength with withstand voltage of 18kV/mm and special technological treatment make the electric field more proportional, and easily upraise the level of withstand voltage to 35kV.

I. Special electrical features
Compact structure of Nomex product bears electric stress or medium stress 18 - 40kV/mm (457 – 1015V/MIL) electric stress/ media stress, (concerned to type and thickness of the product) so that it doesn’t need to be treated with varnish or resin. Because of low medium electric constant, the disposal of electric field of insulation and cooling medium is more well-proportioned.

II. Mechanical tenacity
Nomex product with compact structure has high strength, elasticity and softness (comparing to thinner product), also with high anti-eroding and anti-lacerating qualities.
 
III. Hot stability
Temperature under 200℃ will effect little or not to electrical and mechanical performance of Nomes product. Even at relative high temperature, Nomex product can also keep the validity of its performance. Besides, these effective performance may last for 10 years when exposed to a high temperature of 220℃.
 
IV. Chemical compatibility
Basically, Nomex products will not react with most impregnants. Besides, because of no existence of weak hydrocarbon bond, the product bears erosion of acid or alkali. It is compatible with every kind of immersed paints, oil, resin, fluorocarbon compound and freezing impregnant. Because can’t be digested, Nomex products can’t be destroyed by insects, epiphytes or mildews.
 
V. Low temperature performance
Unique polymeric structure of Nomex product can be applied in low-temperature sites. At boiling point of liquefacient nitrogen (77K), 410 type paper, Nomex 993 type paper and Nomex 994 type paper own anti-intensity data over room temperature.
 
VI. Hygroscopic performance
Under the condition of 95% relative temperature, compact Nomex paper and layer-pressed board may keep the intensity at all-dry condition. Meanwhile, many mechanical performances are practically improved.
 
VII. Anti-radiation
Ionic radiation of 8 Mgy hardly affects Nomex products. After 8 times this kind of radiation, Nomex still keeps effective mechanic and electrical performance.
 
VIII. Nontoxic/fire-resistance
Nomex products cause no known toxic effect to human being and animals. Nomex products won’t thaw. Because of its limited oxygen index(LOI)of over 20.8 at 220℃, (burning critical data in normal air) Nomex products won’t burn.
 
Secondly, abundant adoption of porcelain.
Made of high-density porcelain, ends of windings can’t be deformed at 1600℃. Porcelain gaskets are adopted for H.V. windings to increase creepage distance. Comparing to resin moulding product, combustible material of this product is 1/10 of resin moulding one.
 
Thirdly, H-class non-flux insulated paint.
We adopt H-class paint of which main material is imported one. It is nontoxic, environment-protecting, keeping 90% of dielectric intensity at all-dry condition with 95% relative temperature.

>> Transformer based on environmental principle
Fireproofing and environmental consciousness become more and more popular and strong all over the world, especially on selection and using of energy products. It is the exclusive choice for many users to replace oil-immersed transformer by dry-type transformer. The emphasis of manufacturing dry-type transformer is how to reduce the burning ability of transformer. Because dry-type transformers are always equipped in living or working areas, the lower burning ability they hold, the more safety persons can get. Besides, modern engineering and technology should be considered to adopt to realize circle use of some rare materials, with an example of copper. (The copper in traditional resin casting dry-type transformer is difficult to recycle.)
 
The two points mentioned above become principles of balance the advanced grade of dry-type transformer.
 
>> Overload capability
Haocheng SG10 series vacuum immersed dry-type transformer holds extremely strong overload ability.
 
Firstly, due to the structure of OVDT, thin insulated layer, horizontal and vertical gas channel inside of the windings, cooling condition of vacuum immersed dry-type transformer is much prior to that of resin casting dry-type transformer.
 
Secondly, the insulating level of this product is H-class, (180℃) while the temperature rising code is F-class. (under 155℃) This makes there is big space for temperature-rising when overloading.
 
The most important is: insulated materials of C-class are adapted to this product. This raises the overloading capacity of the product by the material.
 
>> Burning-proof treatment
By adopting modern materials, the outer fire can hardly burn Haocheng dry-type transformer because of the burning-proof and innocuous characteristics of the materials. Smog generated by part burning is too little to cause the damage of the junior windings. At some particular sites, for example subways, ships and underground buildings, the priority of Haocheng dry-type transformer will appear. The resin casting or whirling windings release strong smog due to burning, even partly burning, and this kind of smog will fill the emergency way. In some tragedies, the sinful factor is just the smog.
 
Taking the burning-proof technology as its main characteristic, vacuum immersed dry-type transformer has been tested in France National Laboratory. The result testifies that this kind of dry-type transformer can’t be kindled in a short time, and can’t be burnt to damage in long-time burning ambience. In the circumstance of burning to 800℃, the windings of transformer generate little smog and fire, which last only 10 seconds. (While resin casting products start burning in ambience of 750℃, and the burning lasts for a long time, accompanying heavy smog.)
 
The ambience test reaches E2 class, the climate test reaches C2 class, and the burning test reaches F2 class. These are almost impossible for resin casting product.
