FZN57(ZN57) Small Size Vacuum Switch Cabinet
FZN57 Chinese-type vacuum switch is the new product developed by Shenyang HAOCEN for solving various shortages of vacuum switch and breaker at current market. The product is used with dry-type insulation technology and applied design concept of up and down unit structure. Small size spring operating mechanism of high reliability is applied and new generation of small size vacuum load switch, composite apparatus and small size vacuum breaker are introduced. The switch is the former body of Chinese-type solid insulated switch, XGN15A small size switch cabinet is miniaturized product which is used this series switch. Its volume is 30% smaller than that of traditional vacuum load switch and equipment space can be reduced greatly, so that customer's total project investment can be saved. The product provided with features of simple structure, easy operation and reliable interlock. What's more, modular design and settings of rear relief channel can make the switch cabinet more safe and reliable.

■ Protection Grade: IP4X
■ Environment Protection: No SF6 greenhouse gas, is environment-friendly product and miniaturized vacuum product.
■ Unitization: Switch unit fixed type structure, the switch is partly included aluminum zinc coated casing.
■ Built-in isolation: The switch is embedded pole structure and with isolated switch inside. Busbar is completely separated with switch part.
■ Four Categories of Product: Load switch, fuse composite apparatus, vacuum breaker and isolated switch are the same size and can be used in combination at will.
■ Embedded Pole: Prevent influence of dirt and condensation to interphase insulation against ground, avoid damaged danger of arc extinguish chamber caused by outside impact.
■ Operating Mechanism: Equip with spring operating mechanism and it can be operated manually and electrically. AC and DC power source can be optional.
■Interlock Mechanism: Isolated switch, vacuum arc extinguish chamber and earthing switch inside the switch are operated independently and be interlocked to each other so as to meet requirement of five-proof interlock.
